Of course, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return all unopened bottles for a complete refund of the purchase price of those bottles. This applies for 30 days only - any purchase older than 30 days will not be refunded. Consumed or opened bottles of any brand, whether returned or not, will be charged at the full retail rate. You will receive a refund of the balance of what is returned, minus the restocking fee and shipping charge. You need an RMA for returned products – please email rma@websupportcenter.com for the RMA number. A returned product without an RMA number will not be credited.

Herbal Network, is agreeing to furnish you with an initial sample trial offer for a greatly reduced price in return for your commitment to accept and pay for future product shipments that will be made to you on a regular basis. The time interval for shipping of your product to you is every 30 days. You may cancel this plan at any time after 30 days without penalty – just make sure you cancel before the product is sent out to you.
Your credit card will be charged the regular purchase prices plus shipping about 5 days before the end of your cycle. This charge includes the cost for one bottle and shipping and handling charges to your door. Once your bottle has shipped you are, returns will be subject to a $20 restocking fee. If you want to cancel, we would be happy to help you - but please cancel before your ship date.
You need an RMA for returned products – please email rma@websupportcenter.com for the RMA number, and put that RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns that do not have an RMA number on it will not be processed, accepted, or refunded. Please make sure you prepay the shipping on all returns, include your original invoice so that we may credit your card accurately, and get delivery confirmation.
By completing the purchase cycle through our secure cart system, you are signing this document electronically just as if you physically signed a purchase order and purchase agreement on paper and mailed it to Herbal Network. |
